The acceptance and evaluation expert group conducted a full range of assessment and acceptance from the perspectives of the completion of the project indicators, performance evaluation, results and benefits, and project management, and unanimously agreed that the project has fruitful results, great significance, and good prospects for the application and promotion of the results.

National key research and development projects have achieved the following results:

1. Developed a new type of aluminum-silicon alloy suitable for semi-solid rheological forming. The properties of the semi-solid rheological die casting after heat treatment are σ0.2≥200MPa, σb≥300MPa, δ≥8%, and thermal conductivity ≥170W/(m•K).
2, the development of efficient and high-quality vibration shear coupling semi-solid pulping technology.
3, the development of large-scale thin-wall aluminum alloy die casting parts simulation optimization and design system, can meet the current thin-wall aluminum alloy die development requirements.
4. Developed complete sets of production processes and enterprise standards for high-performance aluminum alloy rheological die casting and rheological extrusion casting, realized the large-scale production of 5G communication filters, energy storage chassis, inverters, etc., and supported the development of communications, photovoltaic, new energy vehicles and other industries.
5. Built 1600T, 4000T semi-solid rheological die casting demonstration production lines and 350T semi-solid extrusion casting demonstration production lines.
6. Published 2 papers, authorized 3 national invention patents, and applied for 3 national invention patents.
7, trained a large number of engineering and technical personnel, formed a professional technical team.
