Succesfuld prøveproduktion af 4000T form til DHT-projekt, som blev udviklet og fremstillet af virksomheden

On 6th December 2024, 4000T moulds for BYD DHT32 project, independently researched and developed by Jincheng Company, were successfully put into trial production in Xuzhou Jincheng.

BYD in DHT technology leading domestic, its ‘dual motor DHT hybrid’ new energy models have been put into mass production. The successful trial production of this pair of moulds marks a new point in the cooperation between Jincheng and BYD in the DHT project.

At the beginning of this year, the company in suzhou jincheng and xuzhou jincheng two mould workshop based on the establishment of jincheng mould division. Through the recruitment of mould design, CNC programming, mould clamping and cutting assembly and other mould talents, to strengthen the technical team construction. At the same time eliminated some of the old equipment, updated and purchased eight new intelligent high-performance equipment, such as high-speed machine, stone grinding machine, piercing machine. Skill training for the division staff, the operation level is rapidly improved, and the mould design and manufacturing capacity is raised to a new level. At present, the Mould Division has a production site of 13,000 square feet, more than 50 sets of equipment, more than 40 employees. Mould design capacity of 4000T, annual manufacturing capacity of 300 sets. Not only to meet the company's internal die-casting supporting, but also can be contracted externally, for the company's development has added new vitality.
