A:  This 3 D CAD file is helpful in that Jincheng Precision Die Casting can learn the basic part shape, external dimensions and weight from it, but it does not illustrate tolerances and additional instructions. This is why 2D drawings are needed.

A:  The minimum wall thickness depends very much on the size and design of the entire part. For example, a wall thickness of 0.8 mm may be feasible locally, but not if this is the case for the entire 200 mm long part. Again, this is related to the overall dimensions of the part.

A:  15, 16 years to do related products, 18 years to purchase their own machines, as of 2022 has purchased 8 machines.

A:  Normal mould start-up cycle is 100 days. The mould start-up cycle refers to the stage from the start-up of the mould to the trial mould (T0). To the stage where samples can be made also need to add 2-3 weeks on top of the mould opening cycle, generally 2 weeks can be 4000 tonnes case, the fastest mould opening cycle in 2023 is 60 days.

A:  Suzhou maximum 1250 tonnes, annual output of 150 sets, Xuzhou now capacity is not full of the case of 200 sets a year, full capacity, 300-500 sets.

A:  Suzhou Xuzhou also; 15-20kg products, 600cm; traditional automotive parts will be used.

A:  Ultrasonic cleaning machine is generally the first process, applicable to most products, in addition to oil, and most products as long as a process is enough; high-pressure washing equipment cleaning degree is higher, is the second process, applicable to new energy automotive products, rinse the waterway in the aluminium chip residue.
