Dust-free workshop empowers and creates new height of precision manufacturing

The newly-built clean workshop of JC Precision covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, equipped with 100,000-grade air purification system and fully automated production line, which mainly serves the precision machining of core parts of new energy automobiles. The introduction of more than 600 advanced machining centers and intelligent testing equipment in the workshop, combined with semi-solid rheological casting technology, can ensure that the production qualification rate of aluminum alloy thin-walled parts of more than 98%, significantly improving product precision and consistency.

As a leading enterprise in the semi-solid rheological casting technology segment in China, JC Precision, with a market share of over 35% and a production capacity of 50,000 tons of aluminum alloy die castings annually, will focus on the production of new energy motor shells, controller housings and other key components in the new workshop, to further satisfy BorgWarner's stringent demand for high thermal conductivity and high strength materials.
