1. Cooperation between universities and scientific research institutions

Jointly cultivate postdoctoral students with Soochow University and carry out the project of ‘Development of high-performance automotive lightweight casting aluminium alloy’ to promote the transformation of new material technology.

Lead the national key research and development plan ‘semi-solid rheological casting technology of aluminium alloy thin-walled parts’, and complete the acceptance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology together with Northeastern University and other 11 units to enhance the technical level of the industry.

2.International technology introduction and equipment upgrading

Introduced from the United States, Germany, CNC machine tools and die-casting equipment, the establishment of automotive and communications two major R & D team, through the mould flow analysis, 3D design optimization of the production process, the product qualification rate increased by 30%, the customer cost reduction of 15% -20%.
