Material Spectrometer
Material spectrometer in aluminium alloy die-casting process not only helps to improve production efficiency and casting quality, but also can stabilise the process, is a die-casting plant must have an important testing equipment.
1. Accurate analysis of alloy composition: material spectrometer can detect the main components in aluminium alloy (such as aluminium, silicon, magnesium, copper, etc.) and trace elements (such as manganese, zinc, titanium, etc.). Through accurate composition analysis, it ensures that the alloy composition meets the design requirements, thus giving the castings the required mechanical properties and chemical stability.
2. Improve production efficiency: material spectrometer can quickly give the analysis results of alloy composition, usually within a few minutes to complete the test. This provides real-time feedback for die casting production, can adjust the composition in melting or blending stage in time, avoid wasting raw materials and time, improve production efficiency.
3. Optimisation of casting quality: suitable composition ratio can improve the fluidity of aluminium alloy, reduce the phenomenon of sticking mould and porosity defects, and ensure the denseness and surface quality of castings. Through the material spectrometer inspection, we can ensure the composition compliance before casting, thus reducing defects and improving casting quality.
4. Stabilisation of process parameters: By detecting the composition of each batch of raw material, the material spectrometer can help to maintain the stability of process parameters. Such as temperature control, casting speed and other parameters can be adjusted according to the actual composition, to ensure the stability of the casting process and reduce the defect rate.
5. Compliance with industry standards and customer needs: many industries have strict standards for aluminium alloy material composition, material spectrometer can help to ensure that the production of aluminium alloys in line with these standards, to meet the special requirements of customers, to improve the qualification rate of the product and market acceptance.
