National Special Expert Verification Will Be Held In Jincheng

In order to promote the landing of the national special project (thin-walled semi-solid rheological molding technology) and prepare for the mid-term inspection of the project, the responsible experts and the project team agreed to hold a special meeting in Suzhou Jincheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. on November 10, and in-depth on-site inspection and verification.

On the same day, the project leader, the responsible experts of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the financial experts and the relevant personnel of the project team witnessed the 1650 tons of semi-solid die casting test and verification production line built by Jincheng Company, and the SGR8.035.5133 filter housing was trial-produced on the site. The production efficiency was significantly higher than that of similar semi-solid rheological die casting, and the quality of the specimen reached the expected effect. The success of the trial production of SGR8.035.5133 indicates that the project has achieved a landmark stage of progress, which lays an important foundation for the project.

The meeting clarified the next step of the work focus and objectives, requiring the rapid promotion of the project, and strive for more results.
